Nova Knits – Return & Exchange Policy

 

Each skein of Nova Knits yarn is hand-dyed in small batches with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Because every colorway is unique and created by hand, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Yarn is an artisanal product — slight variations in tone, depth, or patterning are part of its charm and the hallmark of hand-dyed fibre. Please make sure to order enough for your project, as future dye lots may differ slightly. If you are looking for skeins dyed at the same time, depending on the yarn I dye 3-4 at a time and can try to make this possible if my stock allows it. Please send me an email.
